Title: INSURING INDIA’S FUTURE: THE MACROECONOMIC ROLE OF THE GENERAL INSURANCE INDUSTRY
Author: Dr. S. Sundararajan and Dr. S. Rajamohan
Abstract: Everyday living is intrinsically risky due to the abundance of unknowns in our surroundings. Risk is inherent in every activity, whether it is managing a property or company or just getting from point A to point B. An important financial tool for mitigating the effects of these risks is insurance. Life and general insurance are the two primary categories. Only general insurance, which protects homes, vehicles, health, travel, and businesses against risks including fire, theft, legal liability, and accidents, will be discussed in this article. Private sector involvement, public awareness of the market, pricing competition, new product creation, technology, and the emergence of TPAs are some of the many reasons that have led to the general insurance industry’s explosive growth in India in the post-liberalization period. Public sector insurers have faced pressure to modernize their offerings and improve their efficiency due to heightened competition and improved customer access. The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) plays a pivotal role in shaping the industry by enforcing regulations, fostering transparency, and fostering healthy competition. Instead of only acting as a safety net, general insurance in India has grown to be an essential component of the macroeconomic framework of the nation, contributing significantly to GDP, capital formation, risk management infrastructure, and overall economic resilience. This study examines the macroeconomic relevance of the general insurance industry in India, with a particular focus on the sector’s contributions to long-term economic sustainability, job creation, infrastructure development, and financial stability. It also explores the constantly shifting trends in the industry’s growth, the regulatory landscape, and the vital role insurance plays in securing India’s economic future.

Title: BEYOND THE CLOCK: A STUDY OF EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING
Author: Dr. K. KASIVISWANATHAN and Dr. K. BANUPRIYA
Abstract: Work-life balance has become a critical concern in today’s evolving work environment, where technological advancements and changing job demands have blurred the boundaries between professional and personal life. This study aims to examine employees’ perceptions of work-life balance and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational practices in promoting employee well-being. The research focuses on key factors such as flexible working hours, remote work opportunities, workload management, wellness programs, and organizational support for personal commitments. The study is based on both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected from 120 respondents using a structured questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the One-Sample t-test with a test value of 3. The findings reveal that remote work opportunities, wellness programs, and manageable workload significantly contribute to employee well-being, indicating strong organizational performance in these areas. However, factors such as flexible working hours, paid leave availability, support for personal commitments, encouragement for work-life balance, and clear boundaries between work and personal life show no significant difference, reflecting a neutral perception among employees. The study concludes that while organizations have made progress in adopting modern work practices and supporting employee well-being, there are still gaps in traditional work-life balance policies. Strengthening these areas can help organizations create a more balanced and supportive work environment, ultimately enhancing employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Title: STRATEGIC APPROACHES TO SERVICE MARKETING AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT FOR SUSTAINING LONG-TERM CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
Author: Dr. M.N. Prakasha
Abstract: This paper investigates the strategic frameworks underpinning service marketing and relationship management that are most effective in fostering and sustaining long-term customer engagement in a digitally transformed, hypercompetitive market environment. It addresses how organisations can deliberately design customer experiences and configure relationship management architectures to build durable brand loyalty and maximise customer lifetime value (CLV). The study employs a qualitative conceptual methodology, synthesising extant theoretical literature with contemporary empirical evidence drawn from industry reports, peer-reviewed publications, and cross-sector case studies. Conceptual frameworks are inductively developed through systematic pattern identification across reviewed sources, drawing on Service-Dominant Logic, Relationship Marketing Theory, and the Balanced Scorecard paradigm. The study finds that personalized service delivery, proactive CRM system integration, and digitally enabled Omni channel feedback architectures significantly enhance the depth and durability of customer engagement. Strategic alignment between an organization’s service value proposition and its relational management practices demonstrably elevate customer retention, Net Promoter Scores, and CLV. Value co-creation emerges as a particularly powerful mechanism for deepening engagement in service-dominant industries. Organisations across hospitality, banking, healthcare, and professional services can leverage data-driven relationship intelligence, seamless Omni channel service integration, and structured value co-creation platforms to establish and sustain long-term customer bonds. The synthesised strategic model offers a directly actionable roadmap for senior marketing and customer experience executives This paper con tributes a synthesised, integrative model of strategic service marketing with specific emphasis on the temporal dynamics of engagement sustainability. It bridges the theoretical gap between service marketing strategy and relational management practice, and provides empirically grounded insights on aligning organisational marketing capability with relational mechanisms to maximise enduring customer value.

MANAGING STRUCTURAL RISKS OF AI INTEGRATION: FROM DRUG DISCOVERY TO MARKET ACCESS
Title: MANAGING STRUCTURAL RISKS OF AI INTEGRATION: FROM DRUG DISCOVERY TO MARKET ACCESS
Author: Nataliia Koval
Abstract: The article is dedicated to examining structural managerial risks arising from the integration of artificial intelligence across the pharmaceutical value chain, from drug discovery to downstream market access decision processes. Relevance is grounded in the rapid expansion of AI-driven analytical, generative, and optimization systems that increasingly shape both research activities and commercial governance mechanisms. Novelty lies in the demonstration that risk exposure originates not from isolated misuse but from the underlying computational and organizational logic of AI architectures developed for discovery, clinical trials, supply-chain management, and quality-control operations. The work describes the structural mechanisms through which these systems influence downstream prioritization and allocation decisions and examines how cross-domain model transfer, data-driven inference, explainability gaps, and optimization pressure reshape market-facing decision-support practices. Special attention is paid to the ways in which predictive precision, dataset heterogeneity, and generative pipelines alter the boundaries of accountable decision-making in pharmaceutical market access. The article sets a goal to identify systemic sources of managerial risk and to outline conditions required for responsible AI deployment across organizational domains. Analytical methods are used to achieve this objective, supported by a broad review of current scientific literature. The conclusion discusses implications for governance, model design, and organizational oversight. The article will be useful for researchers, regulatory professionals, and managers seeking to align AI-enabled decision processes with principles of accountable pharmaceutical governance.

TRENDS AND EVOLUTION OF BRAND AWARENESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RESEARCH IN ONLINE MARKETING: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY
Title: TRENDS AND EVOLUTION OF BRAND AWARENESS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION RESEARCH IN ONLINE MARKETING: A BIBLIOMETRIC STUDY
Author: Sandyarani K. S. and Dr. Venkatesan G. A.
Abstract: This bibliometric research maps the development of the topic of brand awareness and customer satisfaction as far as the online marketing is concerned. The review of Scopus-indexed publications (2005-2025), conducted with the help of performance analysis and science mapping (co-occurrence, trend-topics, strategic diagram, and thematic clustering) considers three stages: the emergent period of a small, volatile output (2005-2013); the phase of accumulation of methods standardization, and stable growth (2014- 2018); and the post-2019 structural break characterized by the accelerated growth of publications and an average reduction in the per The maximum production is on 2024 and it will be slightly corrected in 2025. Average citations exhibit cohort effects: a small canon between 2006-2019 is focussing on impact and offer reusable measurement templates between social media and digital touchpoints and brand outcomes. There is also high concentration in outlets with one journal representing disproportional number of papers, and the rest distributed amongst marketing, management, hospitality and computing venues. The analysis of networks comes down to a motor cluster: customer satisfaction-brand awareness-sales-social media which coordinates the sphere; customer satisfaction is the most centralized and related to itself, whereas investments, consumption behavior, big data and information management are the intermediaries. Frames associated with niche management (business strategy, business-model frameworks) are thick and peripheral; generic marketing descriptors are central but weak. The discipline has developed into a performance based, platform integrated paradigm where the understanding of awareness is considered as a precursor and outcome in the e-commerce consumer experiences. Future study of cross-platform measurement, causal identification, privacy-conscious attribution, investment efficiency, and theory integration, and converts results into practical implications on budgeting, instrumentation, and governance in digital branding is described in the paper and then translated into practical implications.

Author: T. UYYAVANTHAL and Dr. M. AYISHA MILLATH
Abstract: The rise of hybrid work environments has made employee retention even more challenging, as these new work models have transformed traditional leadership and workplace structure. while hybrid work offers flexibility and greater autonomy, it can sometimes diminish employee sense of belonging and weaken interpersonal relationship, potentially increasing their likelihood of leaving the organization. In this context servant leadership has emerged as a crucial and meaningful leadership has emerged as a crucial and meaningful leadership approach, focusing on ethical values, empathy, and genuine care for employee well-being. This conceptual study explores how servant leadership influences employee turnover intention in diverse and varied work environments. Based on insights from leadership and organization behavior research, this study argues that servant leadership helps foster trust, strengthen emotional connection, and improve employees’ perception of organization support in physical and virtual work settings. By considering turnover intention as a relational and psychological outcome, this study adds value to the current understanding of modern leadership and hybrid work practices. furthermore, it provides a theoretical foundation for future empirical research to test and validate this relationship.
