Title: MANAGEMENT OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IT PROJECTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IOT SOLUTIONS IN THE FINANCIAL SECTOR
Author: Aditya Agarwal
Abstract: The article examines the management of cross-functional IT projects during the implementation of IoT solutions in the financial sector, focusing on aligning architecture, risk, and organizational accountability under high integration density. The study’s relevance lies in the fact that IoT in finance is becoming an infrastructure technology. Telemetry supports service continuity and reduces operational losses in payment infrastructure, physical security, engineering systems, and insurance models of observable risk, while simultaneously increasing the complexity of device life cycles and tightening requirements for traceability and regulatory correctness. The purpose of the article is to identify patterns in cross-functional management of IoT implementation and to describe a practical framework for coordinating business, IT, security, compliance, operations, and suppliers throughout the device and data life cycles. The scientific contribution lies in synthesizing fragmented requirements into a unified management model. This model incorporates a steering layer for prioritisation and risk appetite decisions, a linkage between the roles of product owner and program manager, a responsibility matrix for grey zones, and a risk register that converts threats into verifiable tasks. The main conclusions can be summarized as follows. The success of IoT implementations in finance is determined by the management of interdependencies between layers (devices–connectivity–data–integrations), by disciplined version and configuration control in edge scenarios, and by the transition to a service-oriented operating model during scaling. The article is intended for program managers and product owners, architects, information security specialists, and compliance specialists responsible for the industrial deployment of IoT in financial organizations.

ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY OF CALCINED KAOLIN USE IN THE PRODUCTION OF SPECIALIZED RUBBER TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
Title: ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY OF CALCINED KAOLIN USE IN THE PRODUCTION OF SPECIALIZED RUBBER TECHNICAL PRODUCTS
Author: Oleksandr Lobach
Abstract: The paper analyses the economic feasibility of integrating calcined kaolin into the production of specialised rubber technical products under conditions of price pressure, import dependence, and supply-chain restructuring. Relevance stems from the need to replace high-margin imported fillers with functionally adequate mineral alternatives that preserve product performance in demanding applications. The novelty of the study lies in combining a documented commercialisation case of a calcined kaolin grade introduced into a medical rubber-products manufacturer with recent scholarly evidence on kaolin-filled elastomer systems, clay modification, and calcination control. The aim is to determine under which technological and market conditions calcined kaolin becomes a rational material choice for specialised rubber compounds. The study applies comparative analysis, source synthesis, process interpretation, and analytical generalisation. The materials include recent journal papers on kaolin in styrene-butadiene and natural rubber systems, clay-modified binders, calcined kaolin reactivity, and adjacent speciality polymer applications. The results show that economic feasibility emerges from the combination of controlled filler functionality, lower procurement cost, acceptable processability, and application-specific rather than universal reinforcement targets

SUSTAINABILITY ACCOUNTING AND INTEGRATED REPORTING: THE FUTURE OF CORPORATE REPORTING IN INDIA
Title: SUSTAINABILITY ACCOUNTING AND INTEGRATED REPORTING: THE FUTURE OF CORPORATE REPORTING IN INDIA
Author: Rutika Dhanawade, Kalpita Ramnath Naik and Monika Jogdand
Abstract: Over the last few years, integrated reporting and sustainability accounting have become critical tools for facilitating corporate transparency and accountability in India. Conventional financial reporting concentrates mostly on financial performance and tends to ignore the environmental and social consequences of business operations. Sustainability accounting fills this vacuum by measuring, disclosing, and controlling a firm’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance systematically. Integrated reporting takes a step further by bringing together financial and non-financial data in one coordinated report that gives stakeholders a complete picture of an organization’s strategy, governance, performance, and prospects in relation to its external environment. It not only enhances stakeholder trust but also aligns corporate activities with sustainable development objectives. As India progresses towards international best practices of corporate governance, sustainability accounting and integrated reporting will give a new shape to the future of corporate reporting, challenging businesses to create long-term value while being socially conscious and environmentally responsible.

Title: TRUST AND SECURITY CONCERNS IN DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS: A CHALLENGE FOR LOCAL ENTREPRENEURS IN THE E-COMMERCE ECOSYSTEM
Author: Dnyaneshwari Suresh Maske, Shripad Balkrishna Karjatkar and Shilpa Laxman Chabukswar
Abstract: The expansion of e-commerce has generated significant economic opportunities for local entrepreneurs by facilitating access to broader markets and enhancing operational efficiency. Nevertheless, the success of digital commerce is contingent upon establishing trust and ensuring secure digital transactions. This study examines the principal challenges local entrepreneurs encounter regarding trust and security within the e-commerce environment. Cybercrime, data breaches, online payment fraud, and insufficient consumer confidence have adversely affected the growth and sustainability of small online businesses. Limited resources, technical expertise, and institutional support hinder many local entrepreneurs from implementing robust cyber security measures, increasing their vulnerability to digital threats and customer distrust. The analysis demonstrates that these obstacles constrain entrepreneurial development and diminish consumer participation in local digital markets. The study concludes with recommendations for strategic interventions, such as strengthening cyber security infrastructure, promoting digital literacy, and developing supportive regulatory frameworks to create a safer and more reliable e-commerce ecosystem for local entrepreneurs.

TAXATION IN DEVELOPING ECONOMIES
Title: TAXATION IN DEVELOPING ECONOMIES
Author: Shivaji Niranjan More and Kishor Shankar Nikam
Abstract: Taxation is one of the primary means through which a government can finance development, promote equity, and improve governance. However, in developing economies, tax systems are generally characterized by structural weaknesses such as low tax-to-GDP ratios, large informal sectors, administrative inefficiencies, and high levels of tax evasion. The excessive dependence on indirect taxes, coupled with the limited capacity for enforcement, impairs fiscal stability and, at the same time, increases inequality. Besides, globalization makes revenue mobilization more challenging through issues such as transfer pricing and profit-shifting by multinational corporation

E-INVOICING UNDER GST: COMPLIANCE EFFICIENCY AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGES
Title: E-INVOICING UNDER GST: COMPLIANCE EFFICIENCY AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHALLENGES
Author: Sakshi Shrikrushna Bhonde and Madhuri Rupesh Motewar
Abstract: E-invoicing under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) system is now a mandatory requirement for businesses that exceed certain turnover thresholds in India. It seeks to simplify tax reporting, reduce invoice fraud, and improve transparency by linking invoicing directly to the GST portal through an Invoice Registration Portal (IRP). While e-invoicing helps with traceability and makes tax audits easier, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) face hurdles like adopting new technologies, integrating software, relying on internet access, and having limited knowledge of regulatory changes. This research paper looks at how e-invoicing improves compliance and analyzes the technological challenges preventing smooth adoption by businesses. A survey of 40 SMEs and accounting professionals was conducted to evaluate the system’s effectiveness and identify key challenges. Results indicate that 70% of respondents believe e-invoicing improves accuracy and cuts down on manual data entry, but 55% still encounter issues with software integration and system outages. The study concludes that while e-invoicing greatly enhances tax compliance and lowers errors in GST returns, ongoing technological support, user training, and simplified GST software are crucial for increasing adoption rates and reducing disruptions.

THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORTING ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Title: THE EFFECT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY REPORTING ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
Author: Komal Natkare*, Sukhdev Jadhav and Madhuri R. Motewar
Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting has become an essential part of modern business practices. It reflects the growing demand for accountability, transparency, and ethical behaviour. Today, organizations are evaluated not only on their financial results but also on how they contribute to social, environmental, and governance issues. CSR reporting provides a clear account of a company’s activities, initiatives, and effects in these areas, influencing how stakeholders view them and creating long-term value. This study examines the link between CSR reporting and organizational performance, focusing on both financial and non-financial results. Evidence from previous research shows that companies with thorough CSR disclosure often have a better reputation, increased customer loyalty, higher employee satisfaction, and improved access to capital. Additionally, CSR reporting relates to lower risks, greater operational efficiency, and a competitive edge in changing markets. However, the strength of this connection varies across industries, locations, and regulatory conditions. The research identifies a dual effect. While clear CSR reporting builds stakeholder trust and long-term profits, poor or shallow disclosure can lead to doubt and harm reputations. The study also points out the existing research gap in creating standardized reporting frameworks and in measuring the real impacts of CSR initiatives on performance metrics. Overall, CSR reporting serves as both a driver and a reflection of corporate performance. Companies that weave CSR into their main strategy and report clearly and responsibly are more likely to achieve sustainable growth and earn stakeholder trust.
