Post purchase behavior is the behavior of a consumer after a commitment is made to the product and originates from the experiences with the use of the product and is indicated in terms of satisfaction, dissonance, or dissatisfaction. This paper attempts to identify the motivators of repeat purchases of the customers of retail establishments and the levels of satisfaction of different experiences provided by such establishments. The study also attempts to find problems faced by customers and their modes of expression of dissatisfaction. Data is collected from 500 customers using a structured questionnaire and presented in the form of a Likert scale and statistical tools such as Weighted Mean and Score. The findings reveal that there are certain aspects of satisfaction and dissatisfaction among customers. The study also identifies the problems faced by the customers and provides suggestions to retail businesses to increase satisfaction and ensure satisfaction in the future as well.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services designed the Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (HVBP) program and the Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings program to improve healthcare quality across the US. Controversy remains concerning whether these initiatives truly encourage institutions to continuously work to improve the quality of care provided. To address some of these knowledge gaps, we applied data from the Modern Healthcare Hospital Penalties and Rewards dataset to identify potential relationships. We found the mean HVBP adjustments differed significantly between Ohio and Washington with a mean difference of 0.10% and between Pennsylvania and Washington with 0.08%, and the mean hospital overall ratings differed significantly between Georgia and Ohio with a mean a difference of 0.58 and between Ohio and Washington 0.65. Therefore, by evaluating the potential relationships, we can interpret the impact of geographic region on Medicare rewards and penalties, healthcare quality, and thus the impact on patient care.

The purpose of this research studies a foundation for the Development of an online marketing communication model for organic agricultural products for farmers. The sampling groups are 343 organic agricultural product customers in Bangkok and In-depth interviews with ten experts. This study used combined methods of Quantitative research and Qualitative research. The research found that the communication model of organic agricultural products for farmers consisted of 1. The farmers have to know about information technology and marketing, be honest with themselves and consumers, be ethical, and produce good quality products. 2. Contents should be used and straightforward for consumers. 3. Online communication channels should be easy to use, fast, and inexpensive. 4. The E-Commerce process consists of information searching, purchasing, payment, and shipment, which have to be easy to use and fast. 5. Consumers and stakeholders consider food safety and clean knowledge about organic agriculture. 6. Re-action of consumers or stakeholders after receiving information that presents satisfaction in the relationship between sellers and customers. The problem with online marketing communication in organic agricultural products of farmers is farmers’ need for knowledge in information technology, online communication channels, marketing and branding, creative idea, or content. Consumers trust online marketing communications, which are high-level.

The study investigates the effect of working capital management on economic growth and development, with an emphasis on listed conglomerate firms in Nigeria. Four objectives were employed with coverage of a ten-year period spanning from 2011 to 2020. Secondary data were used in the study with total population based on five (5) conglomerate firms listed on Nigerian Stock Exchange. The tests of the four null hypotheses were carried out using spearman rank correlation analysis and also employed panel least square (POLS) regression analysis. The result of the analyses revealed the following: Cash conversion cycle (Random effect = -0.03 (0.002)) has a negative significant influence on firm profitability. Inventory period (Random effect = 0.02 (0.262) has a positive insignificant influence on firm profitability. Current ratio (Random effect = 15.55 (0.002) also has positive but significant influence on firm profitability. Quick ratio (Random effect = -12.45 (0.035) has a negative significant influence on firm profitability. The study concludes that cash conversion cycle and quick ratio tend to decrease firm profitability while we provide evidence that current ratio improves firm profitability. The study recommends, among others, that the Management of these conglomerates companies should advocate for policies that will enhance swift conversion of inventory to cash to improve firm profitability for economic growth and development in Nigeria.

The current financial predicament of Local Government Councils and constant pressure for an increase in the allocation has been on the front burner of the Local Governments Administration in Nigeria. The focus of this research paper examined Local Government Finance in Nigeria using Ife Central Local Government. Data for the study were gathered from face-to-face interviews and available records in Ife Central Local Government. The data collected were subjected to descriptive statistics (simple percentage) and content analysis. The study explored various sources of financing for local governments in Nigeria. It also explained the financial relationship of Nigerian local government vis-à-vis State and Federal Government using the theory of decentralization. The study went further to explain financial management in Ife Central L.G. Result obtained from the analysis shows that financial transfers from the federal government (Statutory Federal Allocation) are the most viable and reliable source of local government revenue and that without Federal Allocation no capital project can be embarked on. Therefore, to arrest this financial situation that local government finds itself in, that is over-dependence on federal allocation, this work submitted that local government should increase their revenue base by laying more emphasis on the internal revenue sources, especially those areas that are hitherto neglected or not been fully exploited.

The responsibility of the directors as a limited liability company organ of justice is related to the legal protection of third parties in the event that the directors commit ultra vires actions which can give rise to the rights of the aggrieved party to act or demand compensation, including recovery efforts aiming to restore the rights of the aggrieved party, but this is not strictly regulated if the action This also provides benefits to the company, and settlement if the directors who are burdened with personal responsibility do not have sufficient wealth to restore the rights of the aggrieved party. This study aims to analyze and find the ideal construction of the regulation of the responsibilities of directors as an organ of a limited liability company based on the value of justice. In the Constructivism Paradigm, the approach method in research is social legal research. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The results of the study found that the reconstruction of the regulation of the responsibilities of directors as an organ of a limited liability company is based on the value of justice, in this case, Article 97 paragraph (3) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, namely that each member of the board of directors is fully personally responsible for the company’s losses. if the person concerned is guilty or negligent in carrying out his duties in accordance with the provisions referred to in paragraph (2). If the company also benefits in the event that the directors are guilty or negligent in carrying out their duties, then the members of the board of directors and the company are responsible for the loss, and in the event that the directors who are burdened with personal responsibility are unable to be held responsible for example for reasons of not having sufficient wealth, then the company first bailout the losses of third parties and then the directors are obliged to account for it to the company.

The research background is that the deficit in the availability of houses or the backlog is still high. The backlog, which is still around 11.4 million units for residential needs, must be consistently realized by housing developers in the hope of consistent government subsidy assistance. Many obstacles are faced by housing developers. Banking and local government regulations are also considered to be still hampering housing developers who carry out their work to support the fulfillment of housing/housing needs for the community and contribute to creating economic growth but are not given appreciation from the government. From the researchers’ observations, there are gaps that can be focused on discussing the regulation of legal processes and the realization of the housing developer’s business. The aim of the research is to analyze and find housing developer business regulations that are not based on justice values, to analyze and find weaknesses in the current housing developer business regulations, and to find the reconstruction of housing developer business regulations that are based on justice values. The research method used in this study uses a constructivism paradigm (legal constructivism) which sees the truth of a legal reality as relative and applies according to a specific context that is considered relevant by social actors, with the Socio-Legal Research approach method, because the research to be carried out is aimed at scientific research using systematic steps and controlled, careful and logical, objective and empirical and directed to the target to be solved. The research findings obtained are housing developer business regulations that are not based on values of justice, that the prevailing housing developer regulations show that the state is trying to build a framework for a fair system of relations at the system level, but in developing structures it has not fully provided equal opportunity. The service facilitation process and the resources needed have not been obtained by all parties. Reconstruction of housing developer business regulations based on the value of justice, namely the government does not ignore and pay attention to the aspirations of housing developers, especially in formulating government policies in various aspects of housing developer business regulation and taking into account the rights and compensation that housing developers must receive so that there is justice for housing developers. The purpose of this research is to analyze and find legal protection for insurance policyholders. The results of the study found that legal protection for insurance policyholders (consumers) has not been based on the value of justice due to the non-fulfillment of consumer rights by insurance business actors due to default by insurance companies. In this case, the Financial Services Authority does not carry out its duties, functions, responsibilities, and authorities in providing protection to insurance (consumer) policyholders, especially related to the large authority it has to defend consumer and public protection, and the absence of an Independent Supervisory Board, with integrity and competent authority overseeing the duties, functions, responsibilities, and authorities of the Commissioner of the Financial Services Authority in providing legal protection to insurance (consumer) policyholders as appropriate based on the applicable laws and regulations, especially related to the authority to defend consumer and public protection.

This study investigated the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance: A survey of all commercial banks in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The study employed simple random sampling technique to collect data with 300 questionnaires administered to staffs and 150 were returned. The study adopts spearman rank-order correlation coefficient statistical technique with the aid of SPSS IBM version 20 to examine the relationship the explanatory variable and predatory variable using 5% level of significance to test the hypotheses. The study reveals that there is a positive relationship between idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration of transformational leadership and organizational performance. Therefore, the study summarized that there is a positive link between transformational leadership and organizational performance. The research recommends that, managers should develop of specific, challenging and attractive vision that pay attention to self-efficacy; promote employees’ capabilities and capacities via training and coaching that will enhance the well-being of employees and increase productivity and commitment thereon.

There has been a global uproar recently as local authority service delivery has fallen short of ratepayer expectations, despite the fact that local authority performance, particularly service delivery, is seen as a major motivator of nations towards global sustainability and competitiveness. The current study was therefore founded on the requirement to reduce the gap between ratepayers’ expectations and the performance of the corresponding local authorities in Zimbabwe. For this investigation, we used the search engines Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science (WoS). The review took into account empirical studies up until June 2022. Because the emphasis was on the performance of local governments, the initial search used variants of the terms ‘efficiency,’ ‘performance assessment,’ ‘local government,’ and ‘local authority.’ The databases produced more than 250 books, articles, and unpublished research papers when these keywords were used. We disregarded conference presentations and dissertations to reduce the overall number of results. The results were then qualitatively screened to make sure they answered the research topic. We ultimately collected 78 studies. The review provides a contextualized view of earlier research in discourses, techniques, and frameworks that draw attention to the difficulties local authorities have in performing their functions, with a focus on service delivery and strategic growth toward sustainable futures. As we go on with our empirical inquiry, the systematic review technique has been a helpful organised way to provide a preliminary source of knowledge in local authority performance assessment and more generally. Future research has a number of prospective directions that have been identified.
