Title: DEVELOPING FAIR DATA VALUE SHARING MODELS TO ENHANCE PERSONAL DATA SOVEREIGNTY IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE IN VIETNAM
Author: TRAN Ngoc Diep and HOANG Hai Ha
Abstract: In the context of rapid digital transformation, the protection of personal data and customer privacy has become an increasingly urgent issue in e-commerce. This article critically examines the limitations of existing security frameworks, which predominantly emphasize passive protection or regulatory compliance, and proposes a new paradigm centered around fair data value-sharing models. Building upon the theoretical foundations of personal data sovereignty and the data economy, the study designs three conceptual models that reposition consumers as active participants in the digital value chain. These models not only empower individuals to control and monetize their personal information but also offer businesses a sustainable pathway to foster trust and loyalty. By analyzing the associated benefits, costs, and technological enablers such as blockchain, smart contracts, and self-sovereign identity systems, the article provides strategic and policy recommendations to guide the transition toward a fairer and more human-centric data economy.

Title: EXPERIENCES IN KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER OF GLOBAL E-COMMERCE ENTERPRISES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VIETNAMESE BUSINESSES
Author: NGUYEN Minh Duc and HOANG Hai Ha
Abstract: In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, knowledge transfer plays a strategic role, positioned as a core resource determining the competitive capacity of enterprises through the systematic transformation of knowledge across sources. In Vietnam, while some large corporations have implemented internal knowledge management policies, most enterprises still lack full awareness of the critical importance of this pivotal activity. The study “Experiences in Knowledge Transfer of Global E-commerce Enterprises and Recommendations for Vietnam” aims to systematize the theoretical foundations of knowledge transfer and synthesize practical insights from global enterprises. It draws lessons and proposes solutions for application by Vietnamese businesses, grounded in a scientific methodology that includes secondary data collection from reputable academic sources and the application of analytical methods such as synthesis, induction, deduction, and comparison to ensure objectivity and comprehensiveness.

Title: IMPLICATIONS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REVOLUTION ON LABOUR MARKET: A MACRO LEVEL STUDY
Author: Dr. Reji D. Nair and Dr. Khwaja Mansoor Ali Khan
Abstract: As a powerful force of change, artificial intelligence (AI) has changed businesses and job roles all over the world. Its impact on the labor market presents both opportunities and challenges. While AI-driven automation boosts productivity and fosters innovation, it also disrupts traditional employment models, resulting in job losses in some sectors and the emergence of new roles in others. This paper explores the complex effects of AI on the labor market, focusing on job creation, displacement, wage trends, and shifting skill demands. By incorporating recent data and academic insights, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of AI’s influence on employment patterns and its implications for the future workforce. Additionally, the study discusses how governments, businesses, and workers can effectively navigate this rapidly changing environment.

MOONLIGHTING PATTERNS AND GENDER: IMPLICATIONS FOR ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Title: MOONLIGHTING PATTERNS AND GENDER: IMPLICATIONS FOR ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Author: Devi Soumyaja and Kadeeja Nourah B H
Abstract: Moonlighting is an intriguing topic when it comes to human behaviour within organisations. The extensive literature on this field emphasises the relevance of this phenomenon. While abundant research in this field exists, most of them are similar in methodology and focus solely on moonlighting and its aspirational and deprivational aspects. This article aims to critically analyse the gender-based difference in moonlighting intentions and their alignment with sustainable development goals. The methodology used is qualitative literature review. There are significant differences in moonlighting patterns among males and females. The married men and unmarried women tend to moonlight more when compared to unmarried men and married women. Women’s moonlighting is often tied with informal caregiving responsibilities, leading to poverty based on both economy and time. The study explores intersection of gender and moonlighting behavior, highlighting its implications on sustainable development goals. The study states that the sustainable development goals related to gender and social inclusivity should address the challenges faced by women in the labour market for building a more equitable and sustainable economic environment.

Title: FOOD SAFETY IN INDIA: REGULATORY CHALLENGES, CONSUMER AWARENESS, AND THE ROLE OF FSSAI IN DAKSHINA KANNADA DISTRICT
Author: Mrs. Pushpa N and Dr. Y Muniraju
Abstract: Food safety has emerged as a paramount concern in India, where rapid urbanization, population growth, and increased demand for processed foods have created fertile ground for food adulteration and contamination. Despite having a comprehensive regulatory framework in place, particularly under the aegis of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), multiple systemic challenges continue to undermine the effectiveness of these regulations. This research paper investigates the multifaceted issue of food adulteration in India, with a special focus on the Dakshina Kannada district, exploring both regulatory mechanisms and consumer awareness levels. It aims to evaluate the implementation of food safety standards and identify critical gaps that allow adulteration to persist in the supply chain.

The industry is the back bone behind maintaining the healthcare system of our country. The term performance can be judged from different angles according to the viewpoint of the different users of the same. When a financial analyst explains performance then that will be from profitability and growth perspective. But an economist will contradict the financial analyst by judging the performance from the viewpoint of maximum utilisation of resources with equal distribution of wealth and gains. The study tried to investigate financial strengths and weaknesses of the companies. Generally, the relationship between different items of profit and loss account and balance sheet are scrutinised to detect the financial health of the companies. Ratio Analysis is used in the study for performance analysis. The study scrutinised their financial performances taking into account unit level disaggregation. The analysis results are useful for the industry analysis and will facilitate industry predictors as well as academia |

Author: A. Ajitha and Dr. M. Dhanabhakyam
Abstract: This article explores the role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in enhancing employee engagement among women in the Information Technology (IT) sector. In an era of globalization and increasing workforce diversity, CQ has emerged as a critical competency for fostering inclusive and high-performance work environments. Despite the significant contributions of women to the IT industry, they continue to face unique challenges such as gender bias, limited career advancement opportunities, and work-life balance issues. This paper examines how culturally intelligent organizations and leadership practices can address these barriers by promoting an inclusive culture that values diversity and fosters employee engagement. Drawing on existing literature, the article highlights the link between CQ and engagement, emphasizing how cultural intelligence can improve communication, collaboration, and support for women in the workplace. Furthermore, it provides practical recommendations for IT organizations to invest in CQ development programs, implement supportive policies, and create an environment conducive to greater engagement and retention of female employees. The findings suggest that enhancing CQ in the workplace not only benefits women but contributes to overall organizational success by creating a more inclusive, motivated, and engaged workforce.
