Abstract:

Although there is a perception that business analytics is important, little is known about how these investments actually add value to the company. Business analytics can be used to examine the strengths and weakness of the competitors. Planning, managing, organizing, and directing—the four core duties of management—are made simple by the use of analytics. For economic, social, technological, legal, political, and sustainable development objectives, organizations generally collect data on a variety of factors and store it in the form of sizable databases. Organisations can analyse these data and extract meaning with the use of business analytics. Such evidence-based, data-driven outcomes are advantageous for organisations. However, according to experts, using business analytics presents a number of challenges, including those related to human resources, such as the adaptability of personnel, marketing management, such as the validity and dependability of market the process of segmentation financial management, such as the substantial upfront cost for an extended return on investment, operational management, such as quantifying all activities, and information systems, such as comprehending the technical know-how. This study is deals with the to comprehend the elements influencing the use of analytics in enterprises and to investigate the effects of analytics use on business decisions.

Author: Dr. Subramanya S.V. and Dr. Anil N.
Abstract:

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in economic growth, employment generation, and innovation, particularly in emerging economies. Despite their importance, access to formal credit remains a persistent challenge for MSMEs due to information asymmetry, lack of collateral, and limited credit histories. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based credit scoring models have emerged as a transformative solution to these challenges. This article, based on secondary data from academic literature, industry reports, and policy documents, examines how AI-driven credit scoring enhances financial access for MSMEs. The study highlights the mechanisms, benefits, risks, and policy implications of AI-based credit assessment, concluding that while AI significantly improves credit inclusion, responsible adoption and regulatory oversight are essential to ensure fairness and sustainability.

IMPACT OF ERGONOMIC RISK FACTORS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE IT INDUSTRY

Title: IMPACT OF ERGONOMIC RISK FACTORS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE IT INDUSTRY
Author: ANGEL.S and Dr. K. GANESAMURTHY
Abstract:

For enterprises to maintain a competitive advantage in a market that is in a state of constant flux, they will need to devise novel approaches to the planning and management of innovations. One of the primary objectives of this strategy is to improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing processes. This is accomplished via the use of a variety of techniques and the allocation of varying degrees of importance to various aspects of the manufacturing process. One of the most important aspects of Industry 5.0 is emphasising the importance of putting people first, being concerned about the environment, and being flexible enough to adjust to changing circumstances. In the context of this discussion, the term “human-centred approach” refers to the process of developing socio-technical systems that prioritise the health, safety, and well-being of individuals while simultaneously promoting behaviours that are advantageous to society. It is the study of how research and industry practices interact with one another that is known as ergonomics. In this particular region, the objective is to increase productivity without putting the safety of the workers in jeopardy. To create things, activities, machines, systems, jobs, and settings that are as secure, efficient, and usable as they possibly can be, it is necessary to have a solid understanding of how people behave, as well as what they are capable of doing and what they are not capable of doing. The workers are the foundation of the industrial economy, and they are the system’s most important resource. According to the study, a significant amount of effort has been put forth in order to reduce the negative impact that manufacturing has on the environment. This has been accomplished by reducing the number of ergonomic issues that arise during the design phase of the production process. Through the use of bibliometric research, the foundational works that serve as the foundation for ergonomics have been discovered. In order to effectively use the advantages of ergonomics while simultaneously applying sustainable practices, it is necessary to make specific modifications to the techniques that are currently being used and to make improvements in technology. The findings of this research shed light on the connection between ergonomic and psychological risk factors and the level of productivity achieved by workers.

FROM CONSENT TO CONTROL, RETHINKING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND USER AGENCY IN SMARTPHONE-CENTRIC DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS IN VIETNAM

Title: FROM CONSENT TO CONTROL, RETHINKING PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND USER AGENCY IN SMARTPHONE-CENTRIC DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS IN VIETNAM
Author: Le Duy Hai
Abstract:

Vietnam’s digital economy is increasingly smartphone-first: everyday activities such as messaging, payments, shopping, transportation, and public services are mediated by mobile applications and platform ecosystems. At the same time, personal data processing has intensified through app permissions, device sensors, background data flows, and cross-service profiling. Most contemporary privacy regimes rely on user consent as the primary legal and ethical basis for processing. In smartphone-centric ecosystems, however, consent is frequently reduced to rapid acceptance of permission prompts and privacy notices that users rarely read, understand, or can meaningfully negotiate. This paper develops a conceptual and contextual argument that consent-based data protection is structurally insufficient in smartphone environments, not because users are irrational, but because mobile ecosystems embed asymmetries of power, opacity of information flows, and design patterns that convert consent into an illusion of control. Using Vietnam as the focal context and drawing on interdisciplinary insights from information systems, digital governance, and privacy theory (including contextual integrity and user agency), the paper proposes a shift from consent to control: a governance logic emphasizing ongoing user manageability, system-level safeguards, and platform accountability. The paper synthesizes literature on mobile permissions and consent fatigue, analyzes key regulatory developments in Vietnam (with particular attention to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP), and outlines a control-oriented framework that links ecosystem design, governance instruments, and user capabilities. The contributions are threefold: (1) reframing personal data protection in smartphone-centric settings as a control problem rather than a consent problem; (2) articulating a Vietnam-specific contextual agenda that highlights enforcement and ecosystem dominance issues typical of emerging economies; and (3) offering actionable policy and design implications for regulators, operating system providers, and app/platform operators.

Author: B. SUKANYA and V. SIVAKUMAR
Abstract:

The paper discusses how the employer branding will influence the effectiveness of talent management of the mass media industry, which is highly competitive, high turnover of employees, and high rate of technological change. The aim of the study is to study the impact of employer branding dimensions on attraction of talents, development, retention of talents and employee performance. The quantitative-descriptive-causal research design was selected, and a structured questionnaire was used to gather primary data among 220 employees who work in the television, print, digital, and radio media houses. Data analysis was done on the basis of descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that the employer branding is significantly positively related to the talent management effectiveness which describes a considerable part of variance in the talent-related outcomes. Organizational reputation was the strongest dimension of the employer branding with the employer value proposition, compensation and benefits, work environment, and career growth opportunities coming in that order. The research indicates that, effective employer branding can be used to improve employee performance and attraction and deal with the long-standing retention issues in the mass media business. The empirical implications indicate that media companies ought to take the idea of employer branding as a strategic HR practice and not a form of symbolic exercise. The study uniqueness of this paper is the sector-specific empirical data through a non-SEM analytical method in the mass media framework.

Title: THE UNBUNDLING REVOLUTION: DECODING INVESTOR READINESS FOR THE APRIL 2026 MUTUAL FUND REFORMS IN NORTH KARNATAKA
Author: Dr. Sheshrao Maruti
Abstract:

April 1, 2026, marks the dawn of a “New Deal” for Indian mutual fund participants, characterized by the unbundling of management fees and enhanced governance. This paper captures a real-time snapshot of this transition through the lens of 100 investors in the Kalyana-Karnataka (formerly Hyderabad-Karnataka) belt. By analyzing ten thematic data points—ranging from the popularity of passive “MF Lite” schemes to the trust in new whistleblower norms—the study paints a picture of an emerging, cost-conscious investor class. The data suggests that the region is moving away from traditional opacity toward a demand for “net-of-cost” profitability. However, the heavy reliance on social media for financial news highlights a shift in influence from traditional advisors to digital platforms. This research serves as a strategic roadmap for policymakers and fund houses aiming to penetrate India’s semi-urban heartlands under the 2026 regulatory regime.
