Abstract:

This article investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the academic and personal lives of students. The study aims to explore how students incorporate AI into their academic routines, identify the key benefits they gain, and assess their awareness of related ethical issues. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire focusing on students’ AI usage patterns, academic improvements, emotional responses, and ethical awareness. The findings reveal that most students use AI tools a few times a week, primarily for homework, assignments, and understanding topics more easily. While many students reported improved learning efficiency and reduced stress, a significant number also expressed concerns about reduced independent thinking and limited awareness of ethical risks like plagiarism. The study highlights the growing role of AI in education, emphasizing both its advantages and the need for responsible usage among students.

ASSESSMENT OF LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG POST GRADUATE STUDENTS OF ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGES FOR WOMEN

Title: ASSESSMENT OF LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG POST GRADUATE STUDENTS OF ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGES FOR WOMEN
Author: Dr. M.A. Parveen Banu and M. Khaviya
Abstract:

Achievement is not simply the success, but is honest endeavour, persistent effort to do the best possible under any circumstances. All personal achievements start in the mind of the individual. Emotional intelligence plays a vital role and acts as a driving force that influences the success, achievement and happiness of all human beings in all fields. This holds good well in the life of the students too. The success of the students in their academic and non- academic performance depends more on their level of emotional intelligence than their intelligent quotient.
Only when the students are well aware of personal competencies related to knowing and managing emotions within self and the social competencies related to others, they could develop their level of emotional intelligence skills that are essential to become aware of self, understand, empathize and negotiate with others. To substantiate the fact, an attempt is made in this paper to access the level of emotional intelligence of the students of Women Arts and Science Colleges in Tiruchirappalli Town

BANK LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND CUSTOMER RETENTION: EFFECTIVENESS, BARRIERS, AND FUTURE PATHWAYS

Title: BANK LOYALTY PROGRAMS AND CUSTOMER RETENTION: EFFECTIVENESS, BARRIERS, AND FUTURE PATHWAYS
Author: Shweta Mishra and Dr Bharat Siddharth
Abstract:

This paper provides a theoretical exploration of the role of loyalty programs in strengthening customer retention in retail banking. While loyalty programs have been widely adopted by banks across the globe, their effectiveness remains mixed due to contextual, structural, and behavioral challenges. In India, where banking competition is intensifying between public and private sector players, loyalty programs present both opportunities and challenges for sustainable customer engagement. Drawing on theories of relationship marketing, the commitment-trust model, and the service-dominant logic, this paper critically analyzes the effectiveness of bank loyalty programs, identifies barriers such as lack of personalization, digital divides, and customer awareness gaps, and proposes future pathways including digital transformation, CSR integration, and sustainable loyalty frameworks. The paper contributes to the theoretical understanding of loyalty programs by positioning them as tools not only for transactional benefits but also for long-term relational and sustainable banking strategies

Title: AN ANALYTICAL STUDY OF LIC CHILD INSURANCE PLANS IN INDIA
Author: Dr. Nath M. N.
Abstract:

This research paper presents an analytical study of the child insurance plans offered by the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India, with a focus on understanding their structure, benefits, affordability, and effectiveness in securing a child’s financial future. Child insurance plans are increasingly recognized as essential tools for long-term financial planning, especially in the context of rising educational and healthcare expenses. The study examines key LIC plans such as LIC Jeevan Tarun, LIC New Children’s Money Back Plan, and others, analyzing them on parameters like premium structure, maturity benefits, risk coverage, flexibility, and returns. Both primary and secondary data have been used, including surveys from policyholders and data from LIC’s official reports. The study also compares LIC’s child plans with those offered by private insurers to evaluate their competitiveness. The findings indicate that while LIC plans are trusted for their stability and government backing, there is a growing need for product innovation and increased awareness among consumers. The paper concludes with suggestions to enhance customer engagement and policy features to make them more aligned with the modern financial needs of Indian families.

MODERN SAAS PLATFORMS FOR BID MANAGEMENT IN AMAZON ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS

Title: MODERN SAAS PLATFORMS FOR BID MANAGEMENT IN AMAZON ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
Author: Dmytro Balan
Abstract:

This article examines the characteristics of contemporary SaaS platforms for automated bid and budget management in Amazon Advertising, built upon Machine-Learning-as-a-Service (MLaaS). We describe a three-tier architecture (Back-end, ML Modules, Front-end) and detail three core components: dynamic bid optimization, hybrid keyword recommendation, and budget-allocation forecasting. Our findings support the hypothesis that integrating MLaaS modules into a unified SaaS ecosystem enhances advertising effectiveness for small and medium-sized businesses. We discuss the study’s contributions, practical significance, and avenues for future development. Methodologically, the research is grounded in a comparative analysis of existing literature on SaaS bid-management platforms for Amazon Advertising, which enabled a comprehensive exploration of current platform features.
Information on modern SaaS bid-management solutions for Amazon campaigns will be of greatest interest to researchers and practitioners in digital marketing and e-commerce—particularly programmatic-advertising specialists, business-data analysts, and doctoral students investigating algorithmic pricing strategies and auction-optimization techniques. Moreover, cloud-solution engineers and scholars in related fields (econometrics, machine learning, and operations research) will find value in the theoretical models and empirical methods presented for improving automated advertising systems.

FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN SMES: DEVELOPING A NEW PARADIGM

Title: FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN SMES: DEVELOPING A NEW PARADIGM
Author: Dr. Papa Rao Maddal, Dr. O. Naresh, Koleti Vasantha Kumar and Nimmakuri Pavan
Abstract:

Over the past few decades, various risk management models have been developed and implemented, primarily benefiting large businesses. However, a comprehensive framework for financial risk management tailored to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) remains lacking. This research introduces an innovative conceptual framework for financial risk management in SMEs, focusing on two key dimensions: organizational structure and the risk management process. Each dimension comprises several components, with each component containing one or more elements. Using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), weighting factors are determined to calculate scores at different levels. To address the imbalance between dimensions, a disparity factor is incorporated into the result. Additionally, the study highlights the positive impact of the risk manager’s educational background as a significant factor influencing both the dimensions and financial risk management outcomes

Author: Kavita and Pankaj Bhatt
Abstract:

MSMEs in Uttarakhand’s perform a very important function toward entrepreneurship, employment generation, and regional industrialization. This is instrumental in accelerating the state economy with the MSME functioning in almost all domains, such as manufacturing, handicrafts, tourism, and other agro-based industries. The present study aims to highlight the contribution of MSMEs in speeding up the economic development, their contribution towards socio-economic development, and the policy initiatives that would provide in streamlining their sustainability and competitiveness. The numerous contributions by MSMEs, just like other states, they are faced with innumerable challenges in Uttarakhand. These include but are by no means restricted to access to formal credit, infrastructures, market access, skill deficiency, and regulatory barriers. Many of these businesses are unable to grow due to a lack of financial literacy, low technological process intervention, and entry into bigger supply chains. Various government schemes like the Prime Minister’s Mudra Yojana, Startup India, Make in India, and related state MSME policies have given these entrepreneurs much-needed support.
This research is based on secondary data. The review of MSME policy documentation examined in great depth describes gap areas in existing MSME policy frameworks that need to be addressed for creating a stronger business environment. It also discusses certain other practices in different regions and countries that may assist in formulating policy recommendations aiding in the potential empowerment of Uttarakhand MSMEs. Through the aforementioned factors to the various challenges posed, targeted policy interventions should also enhance the financial inclusion, technological upgrading, and infrastructure of MSMEs so that they can directly contribute to economic growth and employment generation in Uttarakhand. In this context, this research offers much useful information for the policymakers, industrialists, stakeholders, and entrepreneurs on methods of developing and strengthening a resilient and competitive MSME sector in the region
