| Abstract: Employee loyalty refers to the commitment of employees to remain with an organization for a long period because they feel valued, respected, and connected to the organization’s mission. Loyal employees are more likely to contribute positively to organizational performance and work toward achieving its goals. This study examines the influence of job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee loyalty in the cement industry, with special reference to **Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited located in Baloda Bazar–Bhatapara District, Chhattisgarh, India. Job satisfaction and employee engagement are considered important factors that encourage employees to remain loyal to their organization. Primary data were collected from employees through a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using statistical tools such as correlation, and regression. The results indicate that higher levels of job satisfaction and employee engagement significantly enhance employee loyalty and help organizations reduce employee turnover. |
