Author: Mr. Ravi Dandagi and Dr. Harshal N. Tamhankar
Abstract:

By looking at the connections between telework, virtual environments, work-life balance, and productivity, Research analyses how telework affects IT project management. PLS-SEM was used to find eight anticipated correlations between five factors in 202 remote IT workers’ replies. Strong validity and reliability were confirmed by the structural model, which also confirmed large positive correlations between constructs. Results show that working remotely improves work-life balance, work environment, and productivity. Work-life balance was the biggest factor affecting productivity and job performance, thus managers had to address it despite its poor performance. Job performance and productivity were positively correlated, and the work environment was crucial. The study integrates productivity, environment, and balance elements into a single model and gives IT administrators real tools to enhance digital infrastructure, design supporting policies, and increase worker well-being. The research emphasises balancing people and technology for virtual IT project success.
