Title: GREEN COST MANAGEMENT IN INDIA: REDEFINING COST STRUCTURES FOR SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS
Author: Dr Preeti Rajguru
Abstract: The growing emphasis on sustainability has compelled businesses worldwide to reassess traditional managerial and cost accounting practices. In India, rapid industrialisation, resource constraints, and increasing regulatory and stakeholder pressures have exposed the limitations of conventional cost management systems that largely ignore environmental costs. Most Indian firms continue to treat such costs as indirect or compliance-related expenditures, resulting in distorted cost information and short-term decision-making. This conceptual research paper examines Green Cost Management (GCM) as a strategic managerial accounting approach that integrates environmental considerations into cost structures and internal decision-making processes. Drawing on strategic cost management, stakeholder theory, and institutional theory, the study develops an India-centric conceptual framework that explains how green cost management can redefine cost structures to support sustainable business performance. The paper analyses the role of regulatory frameworks, cost sensitivity, and the dominance of MSMEs in shaping green cost management practices in India. It contributes to existing literature by shifting the focus from environmental reporting to internal cost structure redesign and offers managerial and policy implications for promoting sustainable cost management practices in Indian enterprises. The study concludes by outlining future research directions for empirical validation and sectoral analysis.

INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION: ENHANCING STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL IDENTITY
Title: INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION: ENHANCING STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AND INSTITUTIONAL IDENTITY
Author: Simran Ratnani
Abstract: This article analyses integrated communication strategies in higher education that strengthen student engagement and institutional identity in an environment shaped by short-form video, meme circulation, and AI-generated media. Relevance follows from algorithmic distribution, fragmented attention, and synthetic disinformation that can erode trust in official university messaging. Novelty is achieved through a unified framework that connects branding and integrated marketing communication with transparency instruments for synthetic content and evidence-based creative design. The study describes how institutional narratives can be translated into platform-native formats (micro-video, memes, interactive stories) while preserving message coherence across admission, academic, and community channels. Sources on university branding, social media marketing, student engagement and trust, short-form video behavior, advertising engagement drivers, neuromarketing measurement, and synthetic-media governance are synthesized. The conclusion outlines actionable design principles, including channel orchestration, emotion-aware message testing, and layered integrity safeguards (labeling, provenance, moderation, and media-literacy prompts). The article targets researchers and communication managers in higher education.

Title: A STUDY ON CONSUMER EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS ONLINE GROCERY SHOPPING
Author: P. KHOUSALYA and GOWTHAMI DEVENDRA PRABHU. S
Abstract: Over time, the Internet has emerged as an increasingly popular medium for information search, evaluation of alternatives, and purchase decisions. Business-to-Consumer (B2C) electronic commerce refers to the use of Internet technologies by firms to market and sell products and services directly to individual consumers. Prior research suggests that a clear understanding of the factors motivating consumers to engage in online shopping is crucial for formulating effective business strategies, technological innovations, marketing initiatives, and website design. Despite the substantial growth and optimistic future prospects of online shopping, several negative aspects continue to be associated with this mode of purchasing. Compared to physical shopping environments, online transactions are often perceived to involve higher levels of risk and lower levels of trust. This is primarily due to the inability of consumers to physically inspect products, the absence of tangible cues regarding product quality, and the lack of face-to-face interaction with sales personnel. In order to identify the consumers’ experience and attitude towards online grocery shopping the study is conducted to explore various factors affecting online shopping and to analyze the factors influencing online grocery shopping Furthermore, concerns related to payment security and privacy protection significantly influence online purchase decisions. Consequently, consumers may experience a certain degree of perceived risk when purchasing products via the Internet.

Title: ASSESSING BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND LIFE IN IT PROFESSIONALS DURING REMOTE WORK: EVALUATING BURNOUT LEVELS AND JOB SATISFACTION IN IT SECTOR
Author: Mr. Ravi Dandagi and Dr. Harshal N. Tamhankar
Abstract: This study examines variables affecting remote IST workers’ burnout, balance between work and life, satisfaction in job, and performance. The rapid expansion of technology-intensive industries and their usage of remote and hybrid production techniques are causing workplace issues. Utilizing data from 402 IT professionals, the study found that the structural equation model established (PLS-SEM) and subsequently issued a Hypothesized relationships between constructs were statistically validated. The measurement model is a strong one, with reliability and validity figures considered to be acceptable convergent and discriminant validity. Work-life balance minimises burnout, boosts job satisfaction, and boosts performance. Work performance boosts job happiness, but burnout lowers it, according to one research. Both influence satisfaction to some degree whereas the amount of attention given to job satisfaction varied by an order of magnitude. The R2 adjusted of the job satisfaction model is 40.6% which demonstrated the medium-high fit of the results with the data. And, for the record, when it comes to IP analysis, it’s the work-life-balance driver that emerges as the most important single job satisfaction factor of all, yet right now its performance is paling next to job performance in terms of output. In addition to giving a plethora of strategic directions to organisations to build employee well-being and sustained productivity, the new results show that distant IT workers need work-life balance to succeed.

Author: Dr. Rasmi Kanta Roul and Dr. Rajashree Sutar
Abstract: The purpose of the study is to explore the impact of traditional cooking attributes on guests’ dining satisfaction and future intention in Odisha. Despite the effects of modernization on food culture and differences in traditional food attributes, tourists consistently seek service culture and the wisdom associated with traditional foods. The research uses a qualitative, phenomenological approach to explore tourists’ experiences regarding traditional cuisine in Odisha. The findings show positive growth in the popularity of traditional cuisine. The study emphasizes that both management and the government must collaborate to provide support and implement resources for the development of culinary tourism. Stakeholders can achieve this by upgrading infrastructure, promoting traditional food through targeted campaigns, encouraging entrepreneurship, and conducting training programs for culinary entrepreneurs. It is essential to preserve the authenticity of traditional food-making processes, the use of traditional raw materials, and to serve dishes in a way that allows tourists to experience genuine traditionalism. Strengthening these aspects will ensure that traditional food becomes a strong cultural identity and enhances Odisha’s tourism appeal.

THE ROLE OF POST-TRAINING SUPPORT AND FIELD COACHING IN CONSOLIDATING THE COMPETENCIES OF PHARMACEUTICAL SPECIALISTS
Title: THE ROLE OF POST-TRAINING SUPPORT AND FIELD COACHING IN CONSOLIDATING THE COMPETENCIES OF PHARMACEUTICAL SPECIALISTS
Author: Iuliia Ugolkova
Abstract: The article examines the role of post-training support and field coaching in consolidating and developing the competencies of pharmaceutical specialists within contemporary pharmacy practice. The relevance of the work is driven by a shift in the professional role of the pharmacist toward a clinically and client-oriented approach, in which one-off training does not ensure sustainable behavioral change or the assimilation of complex communicative, analytical, and ethical skills. The study aims to provide a conceptual justification of post-training interventions and field coaching as key mechanisms for bridging the gap between knowledge and practice and for shaping a sustainable trajectory of professional development for the pharmaceutical specialist. The scientific novelty lies in the integration of evidence on forgetting, training transfer, and organizational coaching into a unified analytical framework, which includes the models of the post-training support pyramid, sustainable behavioral change, and the pharmacist’s professional growth timeline, as well as in the detailed analysis of typical managerial errors in the implementation of these practices. It is shown that a coherent system of post-training formats, field coaching, and effectiveness evaluation transforms training from a one-time event into a manageable resource for improving the quality of pharmaceutical care. The article is of practical interest to pharmacy chain managers, learning and development professionals, and researchers in continuing pharmaceutical education.
