Abstract:

Green Human Resource Management practices have emerged as a strong response for these situations in corporations.
Increasing emphasis on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards, stricter environmental regulations and changing employee expectations have influenced younger professionals who consider environmental sustainability as top priority and are further influencing the adoptions of Green Human Resource Management practices in Indian Corporations.
