| Abstract: Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, services, and information across industries, particularly in developing and conflict-affected economies. (Christopher, 201c; Chopra & Meindl, 201c) In recent years, technological advancements such as digital platforms, data analytics, and automation have significantly transformed traditional supply chain practices, enabling improved efficiency, visibility, and decision-making. (Ivanov, 2020; Gunasekaran et al., 2017) However, in countries like Yemen, the adoption and effective implementation of such technologies remain limited due to infrastructural constraints, political instability, and lack of technical expertise. |
