When the employees are happy with what they are doing in their Leisure time where tend to do the work more efficient. These employees tend to put more efforts in their work which makes them more committed and engaged with their roles both in work and family. Therefore, having higher leisure satisfaction is correlated with a stronger work and family enrichment. But also, not every person has the same feeling about their free time.
