The paper examines customer perceptions, benefits, challenges, and future prospects of digital banking. Data was collected from surveys, literature, and secondary sources to assess how digital banking influences customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that convenience, accessibility, and speed significantly improve customer satisfaction, though issues of cybersecurity and digital literacy remain important challenges. |
