This conceptual study explores strategies for retaining higher education teaching professionals in Bengaluru city amid the post-COVID-19 challenges. Focusing on employee retention, transition, and engagement, it identifies key motivational factors influencing teaching professionals. The research examines the impact of compensation analytics, supportive leadership, work-life balance, professional growth, and recognition on retention. Given Bengaluru’s dynamic education landscape, findings aim to guide institutions in crafting adaptive retention policies, enhancing job satisfaction, and fostering resilience.
