Title: THE EFFECT OF RESILIENCE AND SELF-EFFICACY OF NURSING WORK STRESS
THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE IN HOSPITAL II MOH RIDWAN MEURAKSA |

Abstract: Nurses often face various kinds of problems in their work because they are faced with excessive
workloads and demands, so some research states that work stress is common for nurses. This is
consistent with the results of the research of the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI)
that 50.9% of nurses experience work stress and the results of the study of The Indonesia National
Nurses Association stated that nurses complained about the work environment and lack of wellbeing, as well as the organizational climate that was not conducive. The high resilience and selfefficacy and a conducive organizational climate will help minimize work stress on individuals. This
study aims to determine: 1) the impact of resilience and self-efficacy on work stress on nurses; 2)
the impact of resilience to work stress on nurses; 3) the effect of self-efficacy on work stress on
nurses; 4) the impact of organizational climate on work stress on nurses; 5) the impact of resilience
to work stress on nurses through organizational climate variables; 6) the impact of self-efficacy on
work stress on nurses at Hospital. II Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa through organizational climate
variables.
The subjects in this study were nurses who had worked for at least 1 year at Hospital. II Moh.
Ridwan Meuraksa. The sample in this study amounted to 100 nurses. Sampling uses purposive
sampling.
Data analysis using two-path analysis (path analysis), obtained the effect of resilience and selfefficacy through organizational climate on strong work stress. Partially shows that there is a
significant negative effect between resilience and work stress, there is a significant negative effect
between self-efficacy and work stress, and there is a significant negative effect between
organizational climate and work stress. |
